Customs duties and taxes

1. For shipments outside the European Union, the Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and any other charges that may be required by the destination country.
2. The Seller is not responsible for any additional costs related to customs clearance.
3. If the Buyer refuses to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned to the Seller, the Buyer shall bear the cost of return as well as any additional charges incurred.
